If the idea of this project was born from Pierre Bertrand, the group has quickly grown and we are now a team of 7 people. Members of the Karman Project, students, employees of the Cité de l’espace or high school teachers… we come from very different backgrounds which allows us to be complementary in our missions.
In order to achieve our goal of increasing social diversity and parity in space, we have also surrounded ourselves with personalities, organizations and companies that have been helping us, for several months now, to set up the experiments and the project in general.
The KARMAN Project brings together leaders in technology, science, business, politics, and art who are committed to positively impacting the space domain. The Berlin-based foundation funds six impact themes each year: sustainability, education, empowerment, cooperation, science and inspiration
